Principles of Flight project
was born from the will to redesign the approach of psychedelic trance
music. Greatly inspired by film scores and classical music, P.o.F
perfectly merge emotive classical themes with smashing dancefloor
beats. Their constant experimentation in sound design and track
construction bring P.o.F.'s music to another level. Their powerful
breaks along with twisted psychedelic sounds and leads create unique
atmospheres, perfectly fitted for night time dancers. Pierre (23) was
born in France en Remy (21) was born in Sweden and they have both
shared a fascination for all forms of music, but in particular
electronic music of course. Both have been making music in their solo
projects for several years now, but came together in 2004 to form
Principles of Flight. Remy writes most of the themes and melodies, and
Pierre adds the finishing touches and handles the sound design and
engineering.
