Ben Watkins led Juno Reactor is a techno-trance unit who’s influenced the dance music scene since the beginning of the nineties, gathering supporters with five album releases. Juno’s activities such as launching an American tour with extended 30 venues, participating in Fuji Rock Festival and collaborations with artists such as Amanpondo, the South African tribal band and the Japanese drumming ensemble Gocoo are always noteworthy. They have solidified their charismatic presence by musically reaching out beyond genres. In 2003 Ben worked on the soundtrack for the blockbuster movies Matrix Reloaded, Matrix Revolutions and Once Upon a Time in Mexico, at the request of the directors themselves. He delivered an innovative sound experience not only to music fans but also to movie fans around the world. The X-Dream remix of “Angel & Men” is a rare track recorded only on “Tsunami Benefit”, a compilation released for Sumatran earthquake aid.
